I like the My Side of the Mountain book. My favorite part of it is when the raccoons go in Sam's tree. I thought that was funny! Once my Dog Suzy saw a possum in the middle of the night. So my Dad woke me up and we went outside and my dog was barking and a possum was sitting in front of her. My Side of the Mountain By Jean Craighead George.

I chose to make a journal because the main character ,Sam, kept a journal on tree bark. You could always tell how he felt.
